” This year we celebrated 20 years in the restaurant business. It only seems like yesterday when I excitedly opened the doors as the owner of Pierre Victoire! I remember it vividly, it was chilly Sunday lunch on a 1st December 1996. I have to say that 20 years have gone by in a flash but my passion for what I do and my restaurant has not dimmed one little bit over the decades.
I always wanted to democratise the activity of eating out with a slice of the fun for everyone. I think we changed perceptions, not least by revealing the whole drama with our open kitchen, thus inviting everyone in.
We pride ourselves in our relationships with our suppliers with many of our ingredients sourced in Lancashire. The daily changing menu is inspired by our French roots, with wide appeal, luxury as birthright, enough reassurance but also a dash of daring!
There is no doubt that much of our success is due to our great staff and loyal customers. I believe passion, excellence and happiness are quite simply the key ingredients and make the perfect recipe for a good life.”
